What does it cost to work with T-JOL?
Current values are loaded from service settings.
Shift rules
- One shift is deducted when activated as you go online. When different types are available, the driver chooses which to use.
- An activated shift runs continuously. Going offline or closing the browser does not pause its timer.
- The 14 welcome shifts are granted after first approval. Unused welcome shifts can be activated within 90 days of the grant.
- Buy extra shifts in the shift purchase page using your internal balance. The total is shown before confirmation.
- The driver goes offline when the shift expires. An existing order may be finished; no new offers arrive. The next activation uses another available shift.
- Cancelling an order does not refund an activated shift or stop its timer. Cancellation warnings and current restrictions are shown in the application.

Who do I pay for my ride?
Pay the driver directly using the method selected when booking. T-JOL does not receive the fare or transfer it to the driver.
Does T-JOL charge commission on rides?
No. Commission on completed rides is 0%. Drivers access orders through the shift system.
How do I receive 14 free shifts?
Register as a driver, complete your details and upload the required photos. After first operator approval, 14 shifts are granted. Unused welcome shifts have a 90-day activation window. Reapproval does not grant another set.
How do I buy extra shifts?
Open shift purchase in the driver version, choose the quantity and confirm payment from your internal balance. Insufficient funds prevent the purchase.
What does a driver need to join?
Provide personal details, a required camera photo of the driver, driving licence and vehicle registration photos, and a front view of the car. The application form lists the exact fields. Orders become available after operator review. Replacing the identity photo requires approval again.
Can I choose when to work?
Yes. Drivers decide when to go online and offline. An activated shift still runs continuously until expiry, even with the browser closed.
How is the ride fare calculated?
Using configured zones and tariffs for your route, including selected extras. Check the price before confirming. The website does not promise a universal fare for all routes.
Can I use T-JOL on iPhone and Android?
The browser version is available on phones and computers. Publication on Google Play and the App Store has not been confirmed. Unverified installers are not offered here.
How do I contact support?
Sign in to T-JOL and open the support section. Replies appear in the in-service conversation. No round-the-clock support schedule is advertised.
